One of several factory worker homes built for employees of the Baker Chocolate Factory in Milton Lower Mills at the turn of the 19th century, this modest home received a complete energy efficient renovation and new user-friendly layout

The home renovation allowed the house to open to the outdoors on the south side with a roomy deck off the living- dining areas, with views through to a new loveable kitchen with a new vintage pass through. The second floor three bedrooms were completely renovated into two larger suites with a new sewing/ laundry room and a small in house spa.
