Queen Anne Retofit

Timeless Architecture was hired to create a series of schemes that ultimately resulted in a plan to renovate a turn of the century 2,400 Victorian Home into a 5,500 s.f. family compound complete with a new cabana and tennis court next to an existing pool on the site. This stately existing home commands a clear open view to the east, with an extended 3 acre site out to the west.

The main house and new cabana were completed  as part of the Energy Star Homes project which received a HERS Rating of 86 from the previous rating system. It was monitored and coordinated with Conservation Services Group in conjunction with Northeast Utilities and Boston Gas.
